They didnt know AWS had multiple regions. failed right away and couldnt logon to the email account. I purchased their AWS Workmail backup tool.
Worst online product experience I have ever had. Their customer support is terrible, the products don't work, their activity is suspicious, and they don't honor anything they have advertised. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother clicking on the SysTools site.
Upon reviewing their certification at the bottom of the page, it's not certified and it has some random made up reviews and product gareuntees. Some of those products are being advertised as "Big Coorporate" or high level products at over 150$USD. Or they wait for the customer to give up and they pocket the money. They more than likely are waiting for the 30 days to runout so the live support person, who alias is "Andreas Santos" regardless how many times you change the connection by the way, can just tell you that you are out of the 30 day time and they cannot refund. However they only have one person on live chat who cannot even help you with this issue as well as the "Support" and "Sales" email they redirect you to are dead and don't respond. So now I will submit a refund, as they have a 30 days money back.
